Our block of 14 units is located between Narrabeen lake and the ocean. We first engaged Sydney Leak Detection due to an unexplained leak in one of the units.  After 2-3 different trades failing to find a solution, Wes used his extensive water detection equipment to track the issue quickly. Better still, he reversed the work of the former tradespeople and then fixed the initial issue and the work is undetectable.

The 20 year old building has had a range of problems due to wear and tear and some poor building methods which have exacerbated over time.
